As Co-Founder, CEO, and Head of A&R Consultancy of AVRIALITY™ (“Our Reality”), Jake Niemi directly consults numerous top-level key players in the music industry — including, but not limited to: Senior Directors of A&R and other decision-makers at major labels, subsidiaries and publishers.

As an Independent A&R Consultant (since 2016), he only forwards what he considers the very best music and artists that cross his desk.

Companies such as Universal Music Group (LA), Universal Music Publishing Group (NYC), Atlantic Records (LA) and Atlantic Records (NYC), among others, have trusted Jake’s ears since the mid 2010s.

Senior Directors of A&R at these heavy-hitting labels have directly enlisted Jake’s involvement in their discovery of songs and artists for signing consideration.

An experienced Songwriter and Producer himself whose own music has been on-hold with A List recording artists, Jake knows the struggle is real for independent musicians.

He is passionate about aiding them in their creative and career development — regardless of whether their goal is a record deal or publishing deal, or to remain independent.

His motto for A&R Consultancy is, “Be who you needed when you were younger.”

Around 2016, Jake discovered and decoded the secret hidden formulas found in popular music — not only in every single #1 song topping the recent Billboard charts, but found in music dating all the way back to Beethoven.

With this invaluable, esoteric information at his newfound disposal, he went on to create a groundbreaking, proprietary system which completely unlocks and outlines these secret formulas for music creators.

Revealing this system — now known as The Holy Grail Songwriting Method™ — to songwriters, producers and recording artists has become an absolute labor of love, for him, and an absolute game-changer for the musicians he consults.

Jake attended the University of Michigan Music Academy and the world-renown music/arts academy Interlochen, alongside alumni that went on to become celebrities.

A decade of prior experience in Mainstream Radio, Marketing (both Traditional and Digital) and Journalism has helped give him a broader perspective of the components necessary to maximize the potential of a successful artist brand strategy.

Jake is also an Artist Manager (alongside Luiz Matheus) for select creatives, comprehensively and holistically working directly on such projects ongoing.
